When you send a message through the contact form we receive your name, email address, company and whatever you write. When you browse the site we record anonymous, aggregated visit data: pages viewed, rough location and device type. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
Messages are used to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. Visit data is used to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone except the services that host this site and our email.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Write to the address on the contact page and we will reply within thirty days.
